Advertising and testimonial rules for certification, fitness, health-adjacent movement education, instructor endorsements, and studio partner claims.
Allowed Claim Posture
- Say LINÉPOQUE teaches movement education, body organisation, apparatus readiness, instructor standards, and private certification.
- Say certificates reflect LINÉPOQUE internal standards unless a specific outside recognition is contractually verified.
- Use careful language around injury prevention, safety awareness, training readiness, and movement capacity.
Blocked Claims
- No guaranteed employment, income, studio licensing success, or government-recognised credential claims.
- No cure, treatment, diagnosis, rehabilitation, correction, pain elimination, or medical outcome claims.
- No typical-results implication from exceptional student stories unless typical expected results are clearly disclosed and substantiated.
- No hidden influencer, instructor, affiliate, partner, or compensated testimonial relationships.
Approval Workflow
- Each campaign gets a claim owner, target country, evidence source, approval status, and review date.
- Before/after, testimonial, expert, and instructor claims require evidence review before publication.
- Paid ads must link to the relevant Terms, Privacy, Refund, and certification disclaimer pages.
