LINÉPOQUE is operated by Geniart Bytelabs Pte.Ltd. References to LINÉPOQUE, we, us, or our mean Geniart Bytelabs Pte.Ltd and the LINÉPOQUE platform, products, curriculum, and services.

Nature of Service

LINÉPOQUE is a movement education and private certification system. Certificates, badges, gates, and instructor decisions are LINÉPOQUE standards unless a separate regulator, employer, studio, or institution independently recognises them.

Account Rules

• Users must provide accurate account information and keep credentials secure.
• Students may not share paid content, workbook access, or certification materials outside their permitted account.
• Instructors and studios must follow LINÉPOQUE operating standards when using the platform.

Curriculum & IP

All curriculum, workbooks, instructor manuals, templates, marks, brand assets, assessment frameworks, and platform materials remain LINÉPOQUE intellectual property unless a signed agreement says otherwise.

Health & Safety

• LINÉPOQUE content is educational and movement-based. It is not medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, rehabilitation, or a substitute for professional healthcare guidance.
• Self-guided prompts do not replace qualified instruction, studio supervision, equipment checks, apparatus rigging controls, spotting, or instructor gate authority.
• Aerial apparatus work should not be practiced alone. Pole, reformer, advanced inversions, drops, climbs, releases, standing equipment work, and unfamiliar high-risk progressions require qualified instruction and appropriate safety controls.
