LINÉPOQUE

Safety Acknowledgement Draft

Student Liability Waiver

Draft acknowledgement for movement training, apparatus participation, self-assessment limits, and instructor authority.

Acknowledgement

  • Movement training, aerial apparatus work, strength work, mobility work, and studio classes involve physical risk.
  • Students are responsible for disclosing relevant limitations, injuries, pregnancy, dizziness, pain, medication effects, or medical restrictions before participation.
  • Students must stop and notify an instructor when pain, dizziness, fear escalation, grip failure, or unsafe fatigue appears.
  • Students should not practice aerial apparatus skills alone. Aerial hoop, lyra, hammock, silks, straps, and aerial yoga apparatus work should be performed only with qualified supervision, appropriate rigging, mats, and studio safety controls.
  • Self-guided app prompts are limited to off-apparatus conditioning, mobility, body awareness, reflection, and familiar low-risk drills unless a qualified instructor has specifically cleared the skill.

Instructor Authority

LINÉPOQUE instructors may stop, regress, modify, or hold progression when readiness, safety, or gate standards are not met. A self-check does not override instructor gate authority.

Medical Boundary

LINÉPOQUE does not diagnose, treat, cure, rehabilitate, or provide medical care. Students should seek qualified medical advice before participating when they have health concerns.

Signature Requirement

Before physical class participation, the production system should capture a typed signature, waiver version, timestamp, user ID, studio ID, IP address where lawful, and guardian consent if minors are permitted.
